By purchasing this device and all products contained therein, the purchaser warrants and attests that they have the necessary training, certifications and/or authorizations to properly deploy and use the device’s contents and/or accessories.

The purchaser also assumes any and all liability for events arising from their use of the device and will not hold any person or business associated with NJR Medical Inc. nor company of NJR Medical Inc., civilly or criminally liable.
